Sonicrimp
Sonicrimp® is MDC’s patented process which provides a simple, elegant, and efficient technique for mass termination of wires and contacts of virtually any size and combination to a wide variety of surfaces and substrates.
Conductive and Resistive Inks/Circuit Technology
Methode Development Company offers a wide range of conductive inks and flexible circuit technology for multiple applications. Technologies include: highly conductive 6105 silver ink, 1210 via plugging material, polymer thick film hybrids, cermet hybrids, flip chip variable circuits, custom polymer inks, and thick film resistor elements.
EMC shrinkMate Conductive Heat Shrink Tubing
Methode’s EMC shrinkMate tubing is lined with a polymer thick film silver ink which is highly conductive and EMC shielded. The tubing will shrink around two components by using a heat gun, oven, or any other conventional heat source.
Flexible Heaters
Methode's Flexible Heaters provide greater mechanical reliability and offer the designer a much wider range of options than conventional polymer thick film ink or etched copper flexible heaters. This new technology is expected to find use in a wide range of applications in medical and commercial products, industrial food equipment, automotive or aeronautical de-icing systems, home improvement materials, and other heating systems.
