Benefits - Highly Conductive Silver Inks
Highly Conductive Silver Ink can be used on a number of substrates including Polyester, Polyimide, other plastics, coated paper and FR-4. With its relatively low cure requirements it can be cured or dried in standard convection ovens or IR ovens. Lower resistance can be achieved by using higher temperature cure profiles with substrates that can withstand these temperatures.
Methode Development Company's new silver ink delivers low resistivity, stable physical and electrical properties and a generous processing window based on substrate material. Shelf life in unopened jars is six months when stored at room temperature. It is also RoHS compliant since it requires no solder for termination and using no materials currently on the RoHS banned list.
