Highly Conductive Silver Inks
Highly Conductive Silver Ink can be used on a number of substrates including Polyester, Polyimide, other plastics, coated paper and FR-4. With its relatively low cure requirements it can be cured or dried in standard convection ovens or IR ovens. Methode Development Company’s new silver ink delivers low resistivity, stable physical and electrical properties and a generous processing window based on substrate material. Lower resistance can be achieved by using higher temperature cure profiles with substrates that can withstand these temperatures. Conductivity will provide aggressive miniaturization and increased functionality in electronic circuitry, which was only seen previously in areas such as high temperature ceramic firing inks or subtractive metal foil circuits.
